Hello! I’m Amy Walsh, a Principal Broker in Oregon and Broker in Washington. I’ve been helping people buy and sell real estate throughout Portland Metro, Salem, and Southwest Washington since 2015.

I believe buying a home should feel empowering, not intimidating. I especially enjoy working with first-time buyers and helping people understand not just how to buy a home, but how to make a smart decision that works for their life and finances long after closing. I’m a big believer in education, asking lots of questions and making sure my clients understand their options before making a decision.

I’ve been involved with Arrive for several years as a member of the Realtor Committee and a prefered Realtor, supporting its work to make homeownership more accessible. I’m also a Homes for Heroes designated agent and serve in leadership with both the Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® (PMAR) and Oregon REALTORS®.

I work alongside my husband and business partner, Ben Droukas, who has been in real estate since 2004. Together, we give our clients two experienced brokers, two perspectives and greater availability throughout the process while keeping the experience personal.

I’m a California native who has called Oregon home for nearly 20 years. Outside of real estate, I’m a wife and stepmom to three kids, dog mom to Honey and Sage, and a proud PNW resident who loves good food, travel and exploring everything our region has to offer.
